We ship to UK and the EU.
Please note: Due to the high cost of postage to some destinations we are now quoting separately for items that need shipping to Ireland, Scotland  and Europe...in this case we will send you an updated quote prior to processing your order as we may need to adjust the shipping cost up or down from the estimated cost on our ordering system.

For all other destinations - please send us an email with a list of items you wish to purchase, we will send you a quote as to the cost of sending your parcel.

  • We will not process your payment until you have accepted the adjustment and you will have the option to cancel your order should you decide that you do not wish to pay the amended amount.

Once you have placed your order - we send instructions to the Peartree Heybridge fulfillment warehouse in St. Neots, Cambridge where your order is picked, packed and dispatched. Packages are sent out via Fedex  on a 24 hour delivery service  so you should receive your goods within 2 working days from placement of order.

  • ORDER TRACKINGFollow the 'track order status' link in your confirmation email to view the status of your order.
    You will receive an automatic confirmation once your order has been sent through and you can  'track' your order by following the 'Track order status' link in your confirmation email from us - this will open a window that shows the shipping status of your order.

    We can also track any orders should there be a delay via Fedex or DHL, simply contact us  and quote your order number.

    Please note: Small packets sent via Air Mail can only be tracked by the shipping date.

 

  • RETURNS POLICY - Our Guarantee!
    We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us, however, if you are dissatisfied with your items for any reason, your items do not arrive, or you receive faulty goods, you will need to inform us within 14 working days from their arrival date.

Once the goods have been returned to us we will either refund your credit card or paypal account in full (including postage) - or we will send a replacement item, whichever you  prefer.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us, however, if you are dissatisfied with your items for any reason; we send you the wrong item, your items do not arrive, or you receive faulty goods - please make sure to contact us within 30 working days of your order date via email or telephone so that we can arrange for a return of goods to the warehouse and send replacement items/arrange for a full refund (includes postage should you decide that you do not want a replacement).

 

  • New and unopened items that are not faulty should be returned in their original product packaging and returned in resaleable condition.

 

Once the goods have been returned to us we will either refund your credit card/paypal account in full (including postage), send you a credit note  - or we will send a replacement item -whichever you  prefer.
